Meditation
Meditation doesn't have to be tied up with religion, spirituality or anything mystical. On the contrary, it is a great tool to enhance ones presence, peace, focus, emotional balance, recovery, performance and to decrease psychological stress. This is something the monks in the east have known for thousands of years and something the scientific community the past years strongly have been verifying using the scientific method.
Like anything, achieving these benefits takes practice and that’s why I am here to help and teach how to meditate.
Public/company speaking
Book me to come speak about meditation, plantbased nutrition or how I broke the world record in 24 hour indoor rowing by rowing 308,6 km, this happened in October 2019 and the record still stands. This can also take form as a workshop where attendees will engage with mental or physical exercises and be even more involved in the workshop themselves.
